If you need additional time to upload your proof:

1. Go to the Verification Center
2. Select the concerned brand
3. Click I had a problem
4. Choose the type of verification that needs an exemption
5. Select a reason, add a brief note, and enter the new date you expect to upload

Adding a date will extend your upload deadline until that selected date.

Exemption requests are reviewed within 24–48 hours.
