My Upload Isn't Working
Check that: The file is under 25MB The format is supported (.jpg, .png, or .mp4)
I Need More Time to Upload (Exemption Request)
If you need additional time to upload your proof: Go to the Verification Center Select the concerned brand Click I had a problem Choose the type of verification that needs an exemption Select a reason, add a brief note, and enter the new date you expect to upload
My Order Was Not Delivered (Exemption Request)
If your order hasn't arrived and you're unable to upload proof: Go to the Verification Center Select the concerned brand Click I had a problem Choose the type of verification that needs an exemption Select a reason and add a brief note
