Hi I'm Lila! I'm a Certified Nutrition Consultant, non-alcoholic mixologist, and corporate workshop facilitator based in Oakland, CA.

I create interactive classes that bring together wellness, food, and beverages to help teams connect, learn, and celebrate without the hangover.

From mocktail tastings and elixir happy hours to kombucha brewing and holistic nutrition workshops, I bring a joyful and inclusive approach to every experience. I make culinary/mixology/nutrition information easy to understand and fun to learn!
