What Does 'Proposal Creation Blocked' Mean?

Updated Sep 11, 2026

If you see 'proposal creation blocked,' it means your account has a pending requirement that must be resolved before submitting new partnership requests.

Common reasons include:

  • Missing verification uploads
  • Overdue proof of receipt
  • Incomplete activation submissions

To resolve this:

  • Go to the Verification Center
  • Review any pending or overdue items
  • Upload the required content or submit an exemption request

Once the requirement is cleared, proposal submissions will be restored.
