How do I reset my password?
On the login page click 'Forgot password' and enter your email; we'll send a reset link. Links expire in 24 hours. If you don't see the email, check spam.
I'm locked out of my account.
Account lockouts after multiple failed login attempts auto-clear after 30 minutes.
I didn't receive my verification email.
Verification emails arrive within a few minutes. Check spam, then try requesting a new one from the login screen. Some corporate email filters block our domain — try a personal address as a workaround.
